No 23 Construction Completed
The construction of the luxurious 5 bedroomed villa on plot nº23 is now complete. Landscaping works have also begun on the vast gardens that surround the property on the 1066 sqm plot. This property has been architecturally styled to suit the new demands for contemporary living. It includes a large private swimming pool and panoramic mountain views stretching to the sea.

New Construction
The first of this year's new houses has begun. The plot of nº 23 has been cleared and the grounds has been prepared for the foundations and the basement construction. The next stage of construction has been delayed slightly by unusual rains.
This house follows the new contemporary designs and is located in a fantastic position with magnificent sea fews.
